League Notes:

  • Format: 6-on-6 including the goalkeeper.
  • Game Length: 75 minute games - consist of a 5 min warm up, 4 minutes for half time, and two 33 min halves.
  • Length of Season: 8 week season (6 regular season games plus 2 playoffs).
  • Officials: This league will be officiated by 1 referee per game.
  • Equipment: Adult-size, portable nets will be used for games (referee will supply them each week). Soccer balls will be each teams responsibility.
  • Playoffs: The top 4 teams play for the championship BUT all teams get 2 weeks of play in the playoffs.
  • Skill Level: This is a recreational league so no hyper-competitive or aggressive players please.
  • Gender Requirements: Teams are required to have a minimum of 2 females on the field at all times.
  • Jerseys: Teams are not required to have team jerseys, but we recommend teams wear matching shirts with numbers on the back for referee identification.
  • Exclusion Dates: June 17th and July 1st (Field rest period & Canada Day)
  • Foul Weather: We play rain or shine (rained out games may be made up on another week night at different times than usual)
  • Other: All Registration fees are subject to HST. Your spot is not guaranteed until you have paid.


Convenience fee on credit card payments. When requesting a refund (subject to our refund policy), the convenience fee will not be refunded (as it is not refunded by the credit card processor company on our end).


Average Joe Sports Club reserves the right to switch players/teams into a different division based on numbers and skill levels.

There are no refunds after the registration deadline.
