League Notes:

  • Open level means there will be players of all skill types
  • It is expected that most players will be of recreational or intermediate skill level
  • The summer season is 9 weeks long (7 weeks of regular season and 2 weeks of playoffs)
  • All teams get 2 weeks of play in the playoffs (even if they aren't going for the "championship")
  • Games are 1.5 hours long
  • Games are self-officiated
  • Portable nets (6-foot) will be used (this is what the refundable deposit is for)
  • We play will play with no goalies to encourage scoring
  • In August, start times will change to 6:45pm due to it getting dark earlier
  • No hyper-competitive players please

Location Notes:

  • Most games were held in the Appleby Line and Upper Middle area, but there will be some games in other parts of Burlington (and possibly Oakville)
